I made an emergency call to this company for service Wednesday and was immediately helped by Richard. He went above and beyond to get the service I needed to our company and started the necessary repairs the following morning. We were completely up and running by Friday!! I work at a university lab. We asked for a consult on the installation of a vacuum pump. We spoke with Richard who said his technician Randy could come around 1 PM. We then talked with Randy, who requested if we could send photos of the pump. Randy was personable, professional and, knowledgeable. He even arrived 15 minutes early and the service took no more than 20 minutes. It turned out to be a simple solution. He replaced a broken clamp and got us up and running. Our air compressor completely shut down on us and we were in desperate need of service to continue our operations and Lans sent a tech out to us right away and got the compressor running great! We are so happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

Very helpful right off the bat. Had an air compressor from the 70’s that there was no literature to get part info. Everything was worn away. Called Lans company and Rich sent out his guy Steve to go over the equipment with me and see what we could come up with for a parts list, completely free of charge. Steve showed up on time and called me the day before to verify our appointment. We went through air compressor and Steve had me a parts list on the thing within a week.
